Happy practice meet eve! We are so excited to see you tomorrow at the pool for our first time trials practice meet of this season! But we need YOUR help to make this meet run smoothly and quickly. This email is letting you know that you have not signed up for a volunteer shift for tomorrow’s meet. This also means we don’t have enough volunteers to make this meet happen! Don’t worry if there is a position that you are not familiar with or have never done. We will show everyone what the positions involve- this practice meet is a great time to become comfortable! And you get points that add to your chances for a free registration for swim team for next year! (We also get the meet finished more quickly the more hands we have!)
