Thank you everyone for your patience at the meet last week. Both teams were navigating significant issues with the lineup and timing due to a nationwide Swimtopia outage on Tuesday. Thanks to everyone for working together to make adjustments so the kids had a fun swim meet.

Looking ahead at our upcoming meets we would like to provide a few reminders:

• 1. Swim Meet RSVPs are due the Sunday before the meet at 8am. Everyone needs to RSVP “attending” or “not attending”.
• 2. If you have a last-minute cancellation (i.e. your child is sick and cannot swim), please email [email protected]. This will ensure that the coaches and the committee are notified.
• 3. We will not be able to make accommodations for swimmers that RSVP “not attending” and then change their minds at the meet and want to swim. If you have RSVP-ed as “not attending” we will not be able to place your swimmer in the lineup last minute.

We work very hard to ensure that all swimmers get to swim. Last minute line up changes delay the meet for everyone. Please help us run an efficient meet by RSVP-ing on-time.
