We are so excited about our Practice Meet next Tuesday, June 2^nd. It’s going to be a great time. Please take note of the following as we prepare for the Meet.

• Team Swimsuits – Please have your swimmer try on their suit before next Tuesday. Sizes can be swapped out at Practice, if needed. Additional suits are available for $10/suit.
• Practice Meet RSVP –We need an RSVP for the Practice Meet from every swimmer. RSVP by 8 am on Sunday. https://planterswalkpiranhas.swimtopia.com/swim_meets/824972/swim_meet_entries
• Practice Meet Volunteers – It takes a lot of volunteers to run a swim meet. Please signup to volunteer. It’s okay if you are new or if you don’t know how a job works. We will teach you. https://planterswalkpiranhas.swimtopia.com/swim_meets/824972/shift_assignment
• Practice Meet and Team Photos – Please plan to arrive on Tuesday at 4:45 for Team and Individual photos. Team photos and warmups will begin at 5:30 and the Practice Meet begins at 6:00. Swimmers should wear their team swimsuit and bring their goggles, towel, and swim cap. Team t-shirts will be distributed. Tacos/Quesadillas will be available for purchase. • We need volunteers to coordinate our Swim Team Banquet on Friday, July 17^th. Volunteers are needed to help plan and implement the banquet. • 4^th Annual Swim Team Camping Trip September 25^th-27^th. We will be camping at Rollingview Campground at Falls Lake. All families are responsible for securing their own sites and bringing their own food and camping equipment. Please try to book your site at Loop B near site B-050 (note that this is a different area than last year). Book early! Due to construction at Falls Lake, we anticipate that camping sites will book up earlier than normal.
