Swim Meet on Tuesday at Planter’s Walk vs. Meredith Townes (Home Meet)

• Swim Meet Logistics:
  • Arrive by 4:45 to check in. Warmups start at 5:00
  • Please park on the street or walk to the pool. We reserve our parking lot for the visiting team.
  • When you arrive at the meet, please set up on the Gazebo side of the pool. You are welcome to set up in the gazebo, but please keep an aisle clear for the Meet Administrator’s table.
  • Tacos will be available for purchase during the meet.

• All families are required to volunteer for a minimum of 3 volunteer shifts this season.
• We need volunteers to coordinate our Swim Team Banquet on Friday, July 17^th. Volunteers are needed to help plan and implement the banquet. • 4^th Annual Swim Team Camping Trip September 25^th-27^th. We will be camping at Rollingview Campground at Falls Lake. All families are responsible for securing their own sites and bringing their own food and camping equipment. Please try to book your site at Loop B near site B-050 (note that this is a different area than last year). Book early! Due to construction at Falls Lake, we anticipate that camping sites will book up earlier than normal.
