2.Swim Meet Volunteers – Please signup to volunteer for our meet this week. Remember, each family needs to complete 3 volunteer shift to avoid paying the penalty fee. https://planterswalkpiranhas.swimtopia.com/swim_meets/824973/shift_assignment

3.Swim Meet Logistics:

• Arrive by 5:15 to check in. Warmups start at 5:30
• Parking - There are four parking lots to choose from - one directly in front of
  the pool (between the pool and Norwood Rd), another by the older pavilion down the main entrance driveway. If those lots fill up, there are two other lots past the TreeRunner course, one to the left, up by the upper basketball courts/pavilion, and the other to the right, on the far side of TreeRunner ropes course. There is a paved path from that lot that runs behind TreeRunner directly to our building. (It’s much shorter than walking back along the driveway.) It’s well-lit and has signs.

• Bring swim cap and goggles

• Bring chairs and canopies

• Food will be available for purchase

END OF YEAR BANQUET – Friday, July 17th

Join us on Friday, July 17^th for a swim party/swim banquet. We will have a taco bar and give out awards.

• All families are required to volunteer for a minimum of 3 volunteer shifts this season.

• 4^th Annual Swim Team Camping Trip September 25^th-27^th. We will be camping at Rollingview Campground at Falls Lake. All families are responsible for securing their own sites and bringing their own food and camping equipment. Please try to book your site at Loop B near site B-050 (note that this is a different area than last year). Book early! Due to construction at Falls Lake, we anticipate that camping sites will book up earlier than normal.
